Program Overview

Executives and leaders are now leading in extremely volatile environments where the marketplace, business models, and people are constantly shifting. Evidence suggests that leaders of organizations are confronted with major challenges, critical decisions, and potential trauma, as they lead their organizations through a transition to success. This reality has been a contributing factor to organizational disruption and burnout in leadership.

This educational-based extended learning certificate program is designed to focus on executive wellness, organizational change, spiritual growth, and leading through disruption. The platform provides an examination of major world trends and the leadership required for personal, organizational, and leadership transformation. The certificate program is designed to prepare leaders for the future, and it includes the exploration of theory and practice in organizational leadership, innovation, wellness, and powerful peer-network collaborations.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment is due upon registration. Payment is required prior to the program start date. Cancellations must be submitted in writing more than 30 days before the program start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations received 14 to 30 days before the program start date are subject to a fee of fifty–percent of the program fee. Requests received within 14 days of the executive leadership certificate program start date are subject to full payment of the program fee.
